Filming Schedule

To plan for my project, I produced a filming schedule that I discussed with my artist to make sure that it didn't clash with her college timetable.

• Date: Sunday 12th December 2010
• Time: 1:00pm - 1:15pm
• Activity:Schedule a meeting with my actress to have a hair, make up and costume fitting.
• Additional Notes: Artist's Image

• Date: Saturday 18th December 2010
• Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
• Activity:Attend meeting with Sunita about hair, make up and costumes and experiment.
• Additional Notes: Take pictures of each experimented style to refer back to afterwards when deciding on hair, make up and costumes for the music video and photoshoot.

• Date: Monday 20th December 2010
• Time: 1:15pm - 1:30pm
• Activity: Schedule a photo shoot day to take images for the digipack and magazine advert.
  
• Additional Notes: Make sure that there are a variety of poses to choose from.

• Date: Wednesday 22nd December 2010
• Time: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
• Activity: Attend the photoshoot session.
• Additional Notes: Take photos in different locations to allow variety.

• Date: Tuesday 4th January 2011
• Time: 12:30pm - 12:45pm
• Activity: Schedule a filming date to film for the music video as the younger character.
• Additional Notes:Bring the storyboard on set so that I can refer to it whilst filming. Don't forget the variety of camera shots and movements.

• Time: 12:30pm - 5:45pm
• Activity: Attend filming shooting day for the younger character.

• Time: 1:30pm - 1:45pm
  
• Activity: Schedule a filming date to film for the music video as the older character.

• Date: Friday 28th January 2011
• Time: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
  
• Activity: Attend filming shooting day for older character.
  
• Additional Notes:Bring the storyboard on set so that I can refer to it whilst filming. Don't forget the variety of camera shots and movements.

• Date: Monday 31st January 2011- Friday 11th of February 2011
• Time: In free periods at college.
  
• Activity: Edit the footage into the music video.
  
• Additional Notes:Refer back to the storyboard and animatic to timings of cuts and length of different scenes and transitions.

• Date: Monday 14th Februray 2011 - Friday 18th Februrary 2011
• Time: In free periods at college.
  
• Activity:Choose and edit the images taken from the photoshoot and produce the album cover and digipack.
• Additional Notes:Refer back toother digipacks and album covers.

• Date: Monday 21st February 2011 - Friday 25th February 2011
• Time: In free periods at college.
  
• Activity: Choose and edit the images taken from the photoshoot and produce the magazine advert.
• Additional Notes:Refer back to other magazine adverts.

• Date: Wednesday 2nd March 2011
• Time: 9:00am - 10:45am
• Activity: Have a showing of my album cover ideas, digi pack, magazine advert and music video for audience feedback.
